In accordance with the European Data Security Law (Art.13, European Regulation 2016/679), the User acknowledges that Edizioni ARIMINUM S.r.l. undertakes to process the User’s personal data in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and of confidentiality protection. Therefore, the User is informed that:

A. DATA CATEGORIES: the processing may involve your personal data such as identification data, personal data and contact data.

B. DATA CONTROLLER: The data controller is Edizioni ARIMINUM S.r.l., Via Negroli 51/A, 20133 Milan – Italy – VAT no. 11363810158, who can be contacted by telephone on +39.02.730091 or by e-mail at welcome@vedere.it.

C. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: The personal data held by the Controller are collected directly from the data subject.

D. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: the processing of your data, collected and stored in accordance with the filling in of this form, has its legal basis in your consent and is carried out for the following purposes: subscription to the newsletter.

E. DATA RECIPIENTS: within the limits pertaining to the specified processing purposes, your data may be communicated to partners, consulting companies, private companies, appointed by the Data Controller as Data Processors. Your data will not be disseminated in any way.

F. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES: We do not intend to transfer your data to a third country.

G. STORAGE TERMS: the data collected will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the fulfilment of the purposes for which they are processed (“principle of storage limitation”, art.5, GDPR) or according to the deadlines provided for by law. Verification of the obsolescence of the stored data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

H. USERS’ RIGHTS: the data subject shall always have the right to request from the Controller access to his/her data, rectification or erasure thereof, restriction of processing or the possibility to object to processing, to request data portability, to withdraw consent to processing by asserting these and other rights provided for by the GDPR by simple communication to the Controller. The data subject may also complain to a supervisory authority.

I. OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA OR NOT: we inform you that the communication of your data is optional for some fields and compulsory for others (marked with an asterisk) and that failure to provide them will result in the non-performance of the service requested.

J. DATA PROCESSING METHODS: the personal data you provide will be processed in compliance with the above-mentioned legislation and with the obligations of confidentiality that govern the Controller’s activities. The data will be processed both by computer and on paper and on any other suitable support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures required by the GDPR.

L. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES: there are no automated decision-making processes.
